After living in a caravan for three years, they were thrilled when they eventually moved into their own two bedroom house. It was a house that Dustie wanted to turn into a home, with a limited budget and an eye for a bargain. Dustie managed to decorate the whole of her house using paint rescued from a skip.
But the dream rapidly turned into a nightmare, when Dustie lost her job.Strapped for cash, yet desperate to make her kitchen cosy, she bought some second hand units online. They arrived with door handles and parts missing. To make matters worse she took on a joiner who ripped out her old kitchen yet failed to complete the job. Dustie was left in a mess.
So Laura, Dan, Edward and Gareth are here to solve some of her problems and hopefully put a spring back into her step. Dan investigates the world of kitchen cupboards, Edward tries to bring the outdoors indoors and Laura comes up with an extra idea that means Dustie can sleep peacefully once more.
